A LITTLE BIT
ABOUT ME
I first discovered Pilates 15 years ago after being diagnosed with scoliosis and undergoing ACL surgery. It didn’t take long for me to realise that Pilates wasn’t just another workout—it was a game-changer. With consistent practice, I rebuilt strength and mobility in both my knee and my back, and I’ve never looked back since.

Before becoming a Pilates instructor, I spent over a decade in the healthcare industry as a brand manager for major pharmaceutical companies. But the more I experienced the incredible benefits of Pilates, the more I knew I had to follow my passion. Now, I get to help others move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free—and I wouldn’t trade that for anything.

Let’s be real—you might feel a few sore muscles along the way! But my goal is to make your sessions challenging yet enjoyable, never intimidating. I focus on proper technique, personalised adjustments, and a bit of fun, so you leave feeling better than when you walked in.

In addition to Pilates, I’m a certified Yoga Instructor and a member of the Yoga Alliance. While I don’t teach yoga, I incorporate breathwork, mindfulness, and body awareness into my sessions, helping you move with ease and confidence.

When I’m not in the studio, I’m spending time with my spouse, my two sons, and our British Shorthair cat—who ensures I’m never sitting still for too long!
