INSTRUCTIONS

What you need for Matwork sessions:

Comfortable workout attire along with a clean set of socks

A Pilates mat, preferably a thick one
A pillow or block to support yourself if you think you need any
A reusable water bottle to keep yourself hydrated

An open mind and a willingness to explore your body's capabilities

What you need for Private Equipment sessions:

Comfortable workout attire - please avoid wearing clothing with zippers, such as cycling tops or shorts with zippers on the back, as these can potentially damage the leather on the equipment
A fresh pair of socks - rather than the ones you may have worn all day :)
A water bottle to stay hydrated
A positive mindset and readiness to embrace the Pilates experience
Any specific medical information or requirements you'd like me to be aware of

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Period:

I require at least 24 hours' notice for any session cancellation or rescheduling. This ensures I can accommodate other clients and maintain the quality of my services.

 

Late Cancellation or No-Show:
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session or fail to show up, the full session fee will be charged.
